We are deeply saddened to inform you that GLOBAL 3D 2025 has been cancelled.
Once we release the final list of pilots (by the end of March), the Point of No Return for GLOBAL 3D will have been reached. At this stage, selected pilots will have booked flights and accommodation, which are often non-refundable, and we need to be certain whether the event is financially viable. Typically, by this time, we have secured sufficient interest from sponsors to ensure we can create the event that meets the high standards we have upheld over the years.
However, GLOBAL 3D is an extremely costly event to organize, and we rely on a significant number of sponsors and spectators to make it possible. Regrettably, we are far from securing the sponsorship commitments required to move forward. As a result, we are left with no option but to cancel the event.
This decision is made with a heavy heart, as we all share a deep passion for this hobby and the event itself. We extend our sincerest apologies to the top 40 pilots in the world who have already registered and were eagerly preparing to compete in what is widely regarded as the toughest competition globally. It is especially difficult for them, having dedicated countless hours to training already.
